Well, I called a few days before my drop in and spoke to Georgia. Georgia was very polite, very helpful, very friendly and professional. Upon my arrival a few days later, Georgia was the first person who greeted me and she explained to me that she would take a look at my insurance to determine what would be more beneficial for me financially in terms of getting glasses or contacts through my insurance. As I was looking through the glasses to choose a frame, another customer came in that Georgia had to take care of. I was then passed over to a gentleman who I believe his name was Alex? He was equally as friendly and helpful and knowledgeable and he finished up my process and the transaction.
