Great experience as a new patient. The team was warm and welcoming, and the entire process—from paperwork to examination to checkout—was smooth and efficient. I felt well-informed, treated with respect, and everything was handled in a timely manner . You also can not complain about the flexible hours :)

The staff were very professional and extremely efficient. They showed massive knowledge in their field by quickly getting through a huge rush of customers. All without making anyone feel like they weren't being heard or rushed. Everyone from intake to sales was on point and perfect. They honestly deserve a bigger shop to work out of as the small building was the only downside due to the influx of customers.

The whole staff were amazing! Very professional, accommodating and friendly. The Dr. was really efficient and patiently listened and answered all our questions. I highly recommend this location in Chandler.

All of the frames within my vision plan, were over-priced. Also, I came in with the intent of getting something to help with my ever-changing vision, but the new glass I got are a dud. I can barely see as it is, and these glasses are not helping it. I only gave a 3 star because the office (not the sales people up front) were very nice.

This is my first time in a chain store. They were very informative and expedient in their work. All my questions were answered completely, and the exam took no time at all. I will be returning. I haven’t received my glasses yet, But if the craftsmanship on the glasses is anything like the service I received I’m sure I will be happy.
