My kids and I had the best experience from start to finish at Visionworks. We were greeted with smiles and felt very welcomed as new patients. We were very involved and informed in our care and were given opportunities to ask questions. Even the casual conversation with staff was genuine. This was the most comfortable and welcomed I have felt in an optometry office...ever, no exaggeration. Even my kids were comfortable. We were never pressured into purchasing anything outside our budget and were informed of what our insurance covered so we were at least aware of our options. We definitely appreciated all recommendations and their understanding of our choices in lenses and frames. We will definitely be returning patients and look forward to seeing the wonderful staff again! I am terrible with names, but for all staff and Dr. Emmy Thai who worked on 10/6/25 in the later afternoon, we thank you for your kindness and excellent care :)

Absolutely enjoyed my first visit here. Staff was super friendly, fast, and made the process simple. I was in & out within 20 minutes with my appointment. Amazing selection of glasses & the turn around for my glasses was 2 weeks! Normally I have to wait 1-2 months for my glasses with the location I used to go to. Anyone looking for a glasses provider look no further, you won’t be disappointed!

Good for Vsp vision benefits but never spending any of my own money here again. They made a mistake with my order and overcharged me hundreds of dollars, knew the mistake happened, and let me leave and figure it out on my own. When I walked back in they knew exactly what happened because they told me they saw it happen. Days after trying to enjoy a vacation but this is still on my mind because I still haven’t gotten a refund!

This place is so friendly and helpful (especially the two ladies I met last year and again this year on 1-23-26 at I believe 11am. yall, my glasses 😭 STOLEN!). It just really feels nice when they remember you, also! But I must say MY optometrist did her big one this year on that day! All 3 of my glasses ( 2 glasses with my benefits and 1 sunglasses pair. All three are perfect to where my eyes didn’t even need to just. Felt perfect since day one. I’m so happy I can finally wear my glasses and not worry about “is today the day my eyes adjusted?” 😭👏🏾

Had a great experience here! The staff was super friendly from the moment I walked in, and the whole process was fast and smooth. My exam didn’t feel rushed at all, but they were still quick and efficient, which I really appreciated. I was expected my glasses would take about two weeks, but they were ready in just one week, which was an awesome surprise. If you’re looking for an optometrist with great service and a welcoming vibe, this is the place. Highly recommend!
