The optometrist was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The staff was friendly, helpful, and truly went above and beyond to make the whole process easy and comfortable. Great service, great selection, and overall a very smooth experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality eye care and glasses.

The whole staff at Visionworks RSM was exceptional. They helped, they were parient, knowledgeable and friendly. I had a great experience with the Visionworks on LI, but this store had more choices, up to date technology and was very clean. I didnt even have to waiy. The longest part was me picking out glasses! KUDOS to them!!

I had a great experience with Dr. Alpa Panwala and her team. She took her time perfecting my prescription and carefully tested different lens options to ensure the best fit. In the end, she provided two separate prescriptions—one for progressive lenses and another for a second pair of computer reading glasses. The front desk staff and technician were incredibly helpful throughout the process. They were friendly, attentive, and never tried to upsell me on any unnecessary services. I truly appreciated the honest, patient-centered care from start to finish.

It was my first time here and everyone was so pleasant and approachable, super sweet and helpful, I was able to take some samples before purchasing, definitely way better than my previous provider, I am all about having a good customer service experience and this location did it.

These people are wonderful! I went there for a second opinion regarding a missing screw on my glasses. Instead of advice they just fixed it free of charge. Apparently the screw in my glasses is not a common type of screw yet they had one available. My previous optometrist office had told me something very different and sent me to glasses repair center where they were going to charge me $140 to fix a made-up issue. On the contrary, the people in the rsm visionworks center were upfront and honest and just fixed the issue in the matter of minutes. Im definitely switching to them for my upcoming exams and glasses!
