Staff is always super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I bought the insurance and my sunglasses had a deep scratch which they allowed me to keep while the new ones were being made because I had no back up pair. Since I have cataracts I am extremely grateful. Highly recommend this company for eyeglasses and sunglasses. Reasonable prices and fantastic service.

First time at Visionworks in San Dimas and it was a great experience. My appointment was handled with care, very quick and the staff was pleasant through out the whole process from Dora conducting the eye test to Dr. Abel making sure everything looks good and to Johnny who helped adjust my frames when I received them. Overall, this place is great and highly recommend going here for your eye exams.

100000/10 experience. Joni and Pedro were super helpful. I've never worn contacts before, and I had my exam with Dr. Abel. Joni and Pedro taught me how to put contacts in and were extremely patient with me (it was taking me a whole hour or so to learn...). They didn't make me feel bad about struggling to get them on. Was such a blessed experience. 😁

Highly recommend Vision works. The whole team was soo friendly, they really took their time to explain everything. Abel, Dora, Joni, and Jessica were all so welcoming and made my family feel very comfortable.

The facility is new, extremely clean, and the staff are super friendly! They go out of their way with customer service. They take their time answering questions, or even helping you find glasses. I had Dora’s help prior to seeing the doctor. She was (is) so sweet, caring, and made me feel heard. Thank you staff at vision works! I plan to keep coming back!
