I would like to say that the manger at this location is a 10 out of 10 and very helpful. My reason for a 1 is being his staff is 100% horrible. I had a 2pm appointment when I walked in I was greeted by the manger. I am okay with that; another lady walks in and she is assisted. I informed them that I had an appointment as well and I was there before this lady. My paper work went back and I was told that the older lady was told to come and get me 1st because I had an appointment 1st. The older lady skipped over me and went to the other lady that came in after me. When she was told that she was to get me first, she acted like she did not care. I felt like it was unacceptable. I also feel the reason was not justified of why she skipped me and never acknowledged I was in the establishment. I did inform them to cancel my appointment and I would never be coming back to that location. I do understand that I may not be that important, but I do want to be treated fairly. Or this comment may not go anywhere. Which is fine but I wanted to get out how I was treated and maybe it will help other to skipp the BS at this location.

We have been going to that location for a while. My kids and I are very thankful to have found him for our eye doctor. He is wonderful, kind, informative, and treats everyone great. I always appreciate the extra information he gives on the why's and how's for our eyes. The staff is great and they were awesome with my daughter trying on her contact lenses. She left feeling confident and secure.

I’ve never been to a more pleasant optometrist appointment. Everyone was friendly and explained every step in depth. Dr Shane Johnson went over and above to educate me and make me feel comfortable. The ladies that finished my appointment were personable and patient.

The doctor here is amazing and knowledgeable. It was great being seen by him. However the experience with the staff was the complete opposite. Not only did they struggle to help me the person I was working with also was giving me some attitude. If you want an amazing experience with the doctor and then a terrible experience with the staff afterwards come here.

I just wanted to take the time to leave an appreciation post to Dr Johnson & his staff Payton & Alejandra. My son had his first eye exam entering High School / prior to driving which Dr Johnson pointed out is a huge concern for new drivers ahead of time I never thought of that before. I appreciated that insight as I overlooked that. His staff was friendly and so helpful. The girls were so kind to assist me with going through my insurance coverage , what to expect an assisting me in the decisions going forward for my son’s first time getting prescription glasses. Dr Johnson was so informative, taking the time to make my son feel comfortable learning about his grown for his eyes where they are now a what to expect as he grows. That stood out ! I really enjoyed this experience coming to this office as I was new to Vision works. I definitely recommend this office / Dr & Staff. Thank you for making this experience pleasant an enjoyable.
