Kat was AMAZING, I was overwhelmed with the choice of frames and choosing what looks good, I can't see without my glasses so I can't even see what looks good on me because of this I've had the same frames for 10 years. She was amazing, she grabbed some suggestions and every one was good, I found the perfect frame in literally 5 minutes. She was friendly and not pushy at all. I couldn't have been happier!!

I absolutely love this place. I've been shopping around for quite a few years. This is now my second time coming back to this location, I love the selection here. Kat helped me out both times and I can't say enough about her. She's very funny and enjoyable to have helped me both years in finding the perfect glasses for me and makes the whole process an absolute breeze! Thank you! Looking forward to my second pair in a couple weeks. My attached photo is the glasses i got a year ago!

This is was my first, well, technically second, time at Visionworks. I first went to the Visionworks at 7305 E 35th Ave, Unit 180, Denver, CO 80238 — DON’T GO THERE. After I spent time picking out frames, the employee helping me (her name was Sophie) told me I could only get blue light filtering OR thinner lenses, not both. That immediately sounded wrong because I’ve worn glasses for years and have always had both. I asked if that was a Visionworks policy, and she told me yes, all locations were the same. I didn’t believe that, so I left and called another Visionworks location. Not only were they super nice on the phone, but they immediately told me that, yes, you can absolutely get both. So I drove to the Aurora location (this location), and I’m so glad I did. Everyone was incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in. I explained what happened at the other store, and they basically confirmed that the employee there didn’t know what she was talking about. If you’re not sure how to do something, ask someone, don’t send customers away with incorrect information. Kat was amazing and even helped me pick out the frames I ended up buying. Everyone there was friendly, knowledgeable, and actually wanted to help. My second Visionworks experience completely changed my opinion. Thanks, Kat and the team! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have been coming to this location for quite a while now and always have a positive experience. 5/15/2026 my daughter and I had appointments. Right form the start all staff very welcoming. Happy with our Optometrist, professional and great explaining our eye exam. Kat was wonderful, friendly, caring, attentive, and patient helping my daughter with her new Rx glasses.

The ladies at the front were sweet and welcoming! The doctor was very energetic and funny and answered my questions very well! The tech Rashaad was very detailed, explained everything to a tee, walked me through everything step by step, and was super sweet and quick when helping me check out!
