I had an excellent experience at Visionworks at Dakota Crossing, and I especially want to recognize Ms. Monique and Ms. Bri for their outstanding customer service. They both took their time with me and made sure everything was clearly explained throughout the entire process—from the testing to helping me select and purchase my contact lenses and glasses. They were patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns without ever making me feel rushed. What impressed me even more was that the location was very busy and short-staffed, yet Ms. Monique and Ms. Bri still treated me with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. This was honestly the best service I have received at this location, and it completely changed my experience with this Visionworks. Employees like Ms. Monique and Ms. Bri are a true asset to the company and deserve to be recognized for the excellent service they provide. Thank you both for going above and beyond. I truly appreciate your help and will definitely return because of this experience!

They dont have a doctor in the building. Everything is virtual which is drastically slower. I arrived 15 mins early, to have cancel cause I wasn't even seen an hour after my appointment time (75 mins unseen). The staff that is in the building was very pleasant, but scheduling and not being seen is a huge waste of people's time.
My husband and I both come here for vision care and have had nothing but good experiences. But today I felt it was important to leave a review after experiencing both Talitha and Zoriah go above and beyond in providing services. When we arrived for our exams, Talitha shared that the doctor who was scheduled to perform our exams was sick, and she was the only staff member available. I felt a bit nervous — lots of folks were coming in for a variety of needs (eyeglass repair, picking up eyeglasses, other exam appointments). But Talitha effortlessly switched our appointments to telehealth (what!? so cool!), helped perform our tests and got them sent to a doctor, and set us up in a room with the doctor over video conference to review our results — all while keeping things moving in an efficient and professional way for everyone else in the store. I was truly impressed. When Zoriah came in, she seamlessly helped finish up our appointment and get our new glasses ordered. It feels hard to get this level of service anywhere these days, so shoutout to Visionworks for raising the bar.
I had an appointment. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment time. I waited an hour after my appointment was supposed to start before giving up and leaving: 30 minutes before having the pre test, and then another 35 minutes before just giving up. If it takes longer to provide quality care to patients, then the most basic office management practice is to schedule fewer appointments, farther apart. But, guess that would earn less profit.
All the staff& doctor great job fast but patient friendly service warm n inviting greetings. I had alot of great things to say but this box won't let me! Normally dont leave reviews! This 1 is well deserved!
