Great experience- start to finish! Scheduling the appointment was ridiculously easy. I was warmly greeted by Ms. Bey and efficiently taken back for the exam. The Optometrist Dr. Monica had clearly reviewed my chart before coming in to see me. She took time to give me ideas of what I could do to help my eye issue. Alma went above and beyond to locate the exact frames I wanted. I will definitely keep using this location on Lavista for my eye care needs.

I had a great experience at Visionworks (Lavista location). The staff was courteous, my doctor was very knowledgeable and able to explain my eye exam results in great detail, and my appointment was quick. Lastly, the ladies assisted me with finding glasses that look great and fit my face perfectly. The glasses I purchased were cost effective as well. I highly recommend this Lavista location.

I called & asked to Speak with my Primary EYE Dr. & was told she wasn't available/no longer works at the location . Although office Rep. ensured me, the Dr. Available can see me rite away & a good rep. Once I got Checked in, Dr. Saw me rite away - due to my condition & gave Good advice on Eye Condition & it's working...... 😊 My eye's clearing from issue on day 2. Thanks to All ❤️

I have been going to the eye doctor for the last 25 years and this was my first time at vision works! This was the best eye doctor experience I have ever had literally. It was so quick yet they were so informative. They already had my insurance info and I was literally in and out in less than 30 min. The staff and the doctor were so amazing and I will always recommend them to anyone with glasses or contacts!

Alex was kind, greeted us and got us registered immediately. Dr. Merritt was professional, timely and amazing at sharing her findings along with the pictures of my eyes. Ive never had an eye doctor do that before!
