Vision works has wide selection of eyewear. The ease of scheduling an appointment . From check and throughout the whole process . Digital retinal scan to the actual eye exam and then going over the benefits. It was all very smooth. I was very well taken care of throughout the whole process. They were all very professional, friendly, and efficient. I would recommend all my family and friends together. I hope you guys were amazing. Thank you

I arrived and was attended to immediately. The process was quite fast and efficient. There were no issues with my request, and I was provided with additional options that allowed me to make better decisions. That is how quickly my application was processed, and I was able to leave the premises right away. I was left wondering if I had forgotten anything else, but that was not the case…

Poor customer service , I had to look for everything on my own while Jason wipe counters and the other blond head girl sit in front of the computer . Kennesaw location just opened you all need to train the staff to be more attentive ask what style I’m looking for and also let me know the promotions I had to ask about it after an older couple walked in and said they saw the promotion so I asked about it . Saw two frames I really liked but would rather take my business elsewhere .

Had no issues with the doctor or my exam, which went smoothly and quickly. My issue was ordering the glasses themselves. I know now that they use the display glasses for the one you ordered since when picking them up they had the display lenses in the case, disgusting. Also, the brand-new glasses I received had a missing screw in the frame that they replace with a screw that was much too long. After spending hundreds of dollars on new frames I would expect quality but that's certainly not the case at this Visionworks.

This office is a 10 out of 10! This was my first time at this office and everyone from the moment myself and daughter entered the building greeted us and said hello. That is super important to me in these times that we now live in. From there everyone was kind, helpful and supportive in our decision with services, and assisted me with getting my own pair of my favorite glasses fixed with new lenses. We will be back, for all of our future appointments.
