I was very satisfied with my visit. The eye doctor was very thorough with my exam. When I addressed concerns with my vision due to my family history, they took the time to walk me through the results of the retina scan. I was also satisfied with the selection of frames available. They were reasonably priced and I found a pair that I really liked. It was good to know that other associates recommended the brand I chose for my glasses.

Dr. Justin Sasser provided one of the most thorough and understanding eye care experiences I have ever had. Adjusting to monovision has been extremely difficult for me, and I walked into my appointment very frustrated with my multifocal contact lenses and concerned because I could not see clearly. I also want to sincerely thank the receptionist and office staff. I came into the office around 8 PM having trouble seeing, and they were kind enough to make me an appointment for the very next morning. That level of care and concern was truly appreciated during such a frustrating time. Dr. Sasser took the time to carefully examine my eyes, listen to my concerns, and explain everything with great clinical knowledge and patience. After his examination and consultation, we were able to find the right contact lenses that finally allowed me to see clearly and comfortably. I truly appreciate his professionalism, compassion, and dedication to helping his patients find the best solution. I highly recommend Dr. Sasser to anyone struggling with vision issues or contact lens adjustments.

Quick service, Doctor was very professional, Omoh the O physician was so sweet and helpful. And another latino young guy there was very helpful as well even fixed a pair of glasses for me without having to do so I wish I asked what his name was. We left very happy.

I visited today with my two-year-old son and had a very disappointing experience. The employee at the front, Omoh, was extremely disrespectful and dismissive. She made multiple comments about my son dropping things, even though I was holding him and the only item he had was his pacifier. I’ve never experienced this kind of treatment here before, which makes it even more upsetting. The way the situation was handled felt unnecessary and unprofessional. I expect a higher level of customer service, especially when it comes to interacting with parents and young children. Because of this experience, I do not plan on returning. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and addressed appropriately. I wish I can give this place zero stars

I had a wonderful experience at this VisionWorks location. I was greeted immediately and even though I was late, the doctor was still able to see me. The entire staff was friendly. Thank you so much!
