We’ve been to so many Visionworks locations over the years, mainly due to wanting specific stock in eyewear. We figured this would be just a normal visit at just another location, but our visit was anything but normal. From the staff at the front to the technician who helped us, to Dr. Levy being an amazing optometrist who took the time to explain our results, share his advice and clarify some questions we had, to Tayzia who took the time to review our coverage and work the best deal possible for our family of 4 … this place was the absolute best. Honestly, best possible experience I’ve ever had at any of their locations, all thanks to the staff who knew how to treat their customers. Will definitely be making this my family’s primary location going forward!

Great staff! Extremely helpful and showed concern that I was well taken care of. The Dr was thorough and took the time to discuss my option and changes to my Vision. Office manager was super helpful with finding the right frames and seemed genuinely concerned with my satisfaction.

All three individuals there at vision work were very helpful. The opening assistant taking pressure of my eyes and taking pictures of my eyes, the doctor of optometry a very soft-spoken man but very knowledgeable and kind, and then the attendant that helped me select my glasses and placing my order of sunglasses and a pair of additional reading glasses. To be honest, The optometrist was a+. But for it to take two weeks to get a pair of simple frames with prescription lenses is absolutely subpar. I could take my prescription and go online to eyebuydirect and have thinner lenses,anti scratch,anti glare and UV protection put on my lenses and shipped to my house in 3 days all for the same price I paid with insurance meaning insurance would of covered my glasses completely if I had gone that route. Still waiting on my glasses and it's been a week, not anticipated until the 3/20.
