I made an appointment at Visionworks in Hiram. That process was so easy - online. I was able to fill out the information they wanted so I would have no paperwork the day of the appointment. To be honest, I was leary because for years, we have gone to a private doctor's office until it was sold. This year, I decided to make an appointment with Visionworks and it was the best decision I could have made. From the moment the door was opened, Donna and the team were awesome. I am sure for them, it was business as usual; for me is was a wonderful experience and I told each of them the impact they made on me. Everyone was professional, but very nice and very kind. They listened and I felt heard. Donna is the manager and assisted me with glasses,Tiffany did the front part of my eye exam and Dr. Cornwall completed my exam. The price of my glasses was great (much less than what I have paid in the past). Our insurance with Visionworks provide us with amazing benefits so I got a lot more for my money; plus I was able to take advantage of Buy one, Get 1 50% off- I was pleased with the selection and looking forward to picking my glasses up soon.

My review is later than the experience. In February, Valentine’s Day to be exact, I was excited about having my exam at this location because they offered Saturday appointments and they took my Insurance. Scheduling an appointment was easy online which was very impressive and user friendly. The day of my appointment I was just as impressed with my doctor and the level of service he provided during the exam. However, after that point the quality of service went down hill from there. I was not able to place my order for my glasses the day of because the physician did not upload it to my electronic file, which meant my glasses could not be ordered. I had to come back about 2 was later and placed the order. I was told I was receive a call when my glasses were ready for pick up. I did not receive a call back or follow up. I kept receiving the same automated message advising I would receive a call when my order was easy for pick up. I FINALLY made contact with a live human 04/03 and was advised my order was ready for pick up, but was not updated when their systems were updated. I was accompanied with a glass cleaner set for the issue. However, it does not restore my confidence in ordering my glasses from them. I will get the exam again, but will order from somewhere else or online. I was even left to try the glasses on by myself. Not the best in-person experience, and I didn’t like my glasses , I just wanted the experience to be over.

The exam process was quick, efficient and thorough. With pleasant staff. The optometrist took her time, explained things and I did not feel rushed through the process. I intended to only get the exam then I spoke with Donna. I worked with Donna for many years when I used to buy glasses, annually. It got expensive so I started to go another route. After speaking with Donna and going over my options, I purchased glasses from you for the first time in a couple of years. Donna is great and she is very knowledgeable. She has always been so welcoming and seems to truly care. I did miss the personal touch she always provided. Donna takes her time and it's clear she wants you to feel good about any decision you make. She's the reason I purchased glasses from vision works again and didn't miss out on a great pair. I manage a regional team of front line account executives who are excellent at what they do. Donna gave me the customer service experience I would want any customer to receive.

This Visionworks location is truly the best! I always enjoy the team—Donna, Gabriel, and Jessica—for providing excellent customer service and being so attentive to everyone they encounter. Gabriel especially stood out while assisting my son with his first pair of contact lenses. He was incredibly patient and encouraging, cheering him on and helping him feel confident throughout the process. Gabriel’s kindness and positive attitude put a smile on my son’s face and made the experience memorable. Thank you, Visionworks of Paulding, for such outstanding service. Gabriel definitely deserves a raise!

I had a fantastic experience at the Hiram Visionworks! From start to finish, everyone was friendly, quick to help, and showed care when helping me. The lady who helped me pick my frames absolutely went out of her way to make sure I found the perfect ones for me. I had about a dozen picked out and she ran to my side and made it so much easier. Her name was Neelam, I believe, and she made my experience just completely lovely and anxiety free, haha. I’m so thankful to her and the rest of the staff who helped me! Thank you!!
