I truly appreciate how my daughter and I are welcomed at this location. I am so pleased with the care my daughter receives and how professional they are with explaining all her eye care needs. All the staff is Amazing! But special kudos to April! She is so wonderful with my daughter and her crazy glasses selections! Run don't walk if you need eye care to this location!

Tiffany was so professional, friendly, sweet, and funny. She made the experience awesome and even helped me pick out my frames. I was a walk in and wasn’t treated differently from any other customer. She thoroughly explained my benefits and got me out of there in time to go to work.

I recently had an eye exam at Visionworks and had a very positive experience. Upon arriving, I was greeted respectfully by the staff and experienced no wait time before being called back for my appointment. I was able to go directly in to begin the exam with the eye doctor. She asked thorough questions about my vision and overall eye health, which made the appointment feel attentive and professional. The entire process was smooth, organized, and efficient from start to finish. I was in and out in under an hour and a half, and the staff maintained a courteous and welcoming attitude throughout the visit. Overall, it was a very pleasant and professional experience.

Great staff Mr. John and April were amazing! I arrived and went directly into my appointment. It was my birthday and they saw that and made me feel special. I will not go anywhere else other than VisionWorks! The Dr. took great care of me and updated my prescription overall hands down top notch customer service!

Be sure and see Tiffany because she will take care of you! They have an excellent selection of frames in all price ranges. We drove from Griffin at the advice of our son! Well worth the drive!
