I love this team. I buy my glasses at Vision works every year and everyone there is lovely. The doctors are always so attentive and kind. The staff always welcomes me and if I ever need adjustments they are always careful with my glasses and have me leave out of their store satisfied. They also clean them when I stop by and ask. I think these employees are amazing and I will look forward to my next visit.
Thank you for being amazing! I fell on my beautiful glasses that I got here 5 months ago. They were in shambles. I called and the woman was so nice and told me to bring them in so she can take a look. She fixed them for me on the spot and was so nice about it! I wish I was better at remembering names, because she definitely deserves a shout out..I will definitely be back thanks to her.
We have been ordering glasses from here for the past 3 years. They have always been professional and very attentive. We had some comfort issues with frames for my child but were able to exchange them with ease. The staff is always very nice and willing to explain everything in detail and calmly. I am so grateful for my nearby Visionworks! Dr. Ahmad was fantastic in fixing my eye sight. He is caring and knowledgeable. Natalie was great in getting me all set up. Chris helped me find the perfect pair of glasses. Nefty took special care in crafting me amazing lenses. Now my TV's look amazing and I can see long distances too. Thank you so much! :-)
If i had a option of 0 stars i definently would rated that. I miss my appointment on 10/26. I came into the office to make a new appointment 10/29. I spoke to a woman that scheduled me in for a time of 6:45 either on a Wednesday or Thursday. Today is Wednesday i called at 6:00 to confirm whether its today or Wednesday a woman answers the phone and basically states she does not have ne scheduled in at all. None for this week. I asked to speak to a manager because that is just ridiculous. Im a very busy woman and this week was blessing that i had some time to take care of stuff like this.
