They were all so friendly. Very quick and still efficient. The doctor was awesome. He didn’t just do the exam and send me on my way. He took time and explained everything and even was thorough when showing me m retina scan. He actually listens to what you say and not just quick small talk that he doesn’t even mean. I didn’t read my paperwork until I got home and noticed his comment. I will be back in 2027.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful during my appointment. The associates and doctor took their time and really made it a great experience. Is it weird to say that I had fun at the eye doctor? Anyways, I definitely recommend visiting this location for fast, excellent, and friendly service!
I had an excellent experience at Vision Works. The facility was clean and welcoming upon arrival, which immediately set a great tone for the visit. The staff went above and beyond to help with insurance questions and made the process of choosing frames and lenses easy and stress-free. Dr. Menconi was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about patient care. You can tell they truly care about doing things right. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality eye care and outstanding customer service.
