I have gone to many vision facilities throughout the years, but never found the perfect place. Visionworks in Hoffman Estates is officially my forever location. I received a welcoming greeting from all. Citlali was so sweet and did a great job with the beginning process of the screening. Dr Bharti Sethi was great how she explained everything regarding my eyes and the exam … I was very pleased and comfortable with her. Adela was phenomenal with figuring out the insurance portions and final payment. She also helped me find the perfect shape and style glasses to fit my face with such ease. Truly a great experience 😊

Tom at Visionworks was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I walked in, he treated me with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. He took the time to explain everything clearly, helped me find the perfect pair of glasses, and made the entire experience easy and stress-free. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find today. If you go to Visionworks, ask for Tom — you won’t be disappointed. Highly recommend!

Adela went above and beyond to provide a great customer experience, she handled my request excellently and answered all my questions. I appreciate the help that she provided. She is very knowledgeable.

Employees are extremely rude and unfriendly. I called to make an appointment & was met with a condescending tone; day of the appointment the same woman was speaking to me as if I was dumb for simply asking questions about the machines being used at the beginning of the exam - with the same condescending tone she gave me on the phone. The day I went in to pick up my new glasses, same woman again, was talking to me as if I’m dumb when my prescription wasn’t correct. I had to state that I’ve had glasses for over 20 years & know how a new prescription should feel. I believe her name was Adela. When the second doctor saw me, she did not introduce herself & was giving me the cold shoulder during the whole eye exam. If I made any form of a statement that was not a question the employee helping me would just simply stare at me with a blank expression. I went in & stated day of my appointment & on the phone that my old glasses had broken. It has been over a month now & I still do not have new glasses that work for me. Tom was the only employee I encountered that did not treat me as if I was a child & spoke to me in a kind & respectful tone.
