I went in for my first eye exam in several years. I had a wonderful experience! Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. They all took extra time and care to make sure I was comfortable, understood my options and what I was getting with my insurance and money, and helping me choose the best glasses for me. To everyone working at this location, THANK YOU! See you tomorrow when I come pick up my glasses. 😉
I went to go get my eyes checked because it was 2 years since I was at the eye doctor. The dr was great and very informative. But when it comes to the people at the front desk they don’t have a clue what’s going on. I called in to order my contacts because I was given a choice of which ones I prefer. The guy said they were ready in the store to be picked up. I thought that was weird but I thought cool I will pick them up. I go into the store and another guy who was rude to me said he didn’t have an order for me. And says I would have to wait 2 weeks for them to be delivered. I told him what I was told on the phone but he could care less. He has no customer service skills at all. I will definitely not go back there again.
I had an excellent experience. Calvin assisted me with picking out my frames. He was very patient. He then helped me order the lenses and was very knowledgeable in explaining the different lenses, the difference in cost, and made the experience stress-free.
I actually went to visionworks to get a second opinion after a couple years of having dizziness and dull headaches from a prescription that was way too strong. The doctor really took the time to get my prescription right. Even at the follow-up appointment, he tweaked my prescription without hesitation which made a huge difference. The headaches and dizziness are completely gone since I've gotten this new prescription and visionworks is now my only eye doctor 🤗.
Worst experience ever. The assistant was very rude and not welcoming. I was in to check for glasses for my 2 years old daughter and she didn’t help me at all. She even told me to move from the table to take care of another customer without even answering my question and my needs. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE AT ALL.
