Everyone is very attentive at this location. I switched to Vision Works from LensCrafters and I must say I am very happy with my choice. The Dr here cares so much and remembers our last conversation which means a lot to me. The check in process is smooth and you never feel rushed to choose your new frames. I look forward to my visit every year because of all of this.
My experience at Visionworks in Homewood was very pleasant. The customer service was excellent, and my exam went smoothly. Everyone was friendly, patient, and professional throughout the visit. My son had a previous appointment at another doctor’s office for a sports physical, and during that visit they noticed he was having trouble seeing the letters on the wall. That led us on a journey to figure out whether he needed glasses. When we came to Visionworks, they really took their time with us. They explained everything clearly and guided us through each step so my son 💛 would feel comfortable and not overwhelmed. Everything went smoothly, and they made sure we understood what was going on with his vision. Thankfully, we were able to figure it out, and we moved forward with purchasing his first pair of glasses. I would definitely recommend this location. 😊
The staff who conducted my tests and doctor who gave the exam were friendly however, the girl who sits at the front desks needs work on her social skills. I was 1 minute late and she tried to turn me away. I was going to leave and never come back, but wanted to use the vision benefit before the end of the year, so I turned around I said "you're gonna turn me away for 1 minute" then she says "Oh let me see". I completed the tests and exam and even picked out a frame. After I pick-up my glasses I won't be back.
This is a great store to take care your needs. I been to other eye care and thus one is the best by far. When I first arrived Customer Services was polite and very knowledgeable and worked in a timely manner. Than their wasn't a long wait to see the Dr. I Was impressed. While She was examining me I felt the concern and can tell that my issues was Her priority. I will recommend my family and friends to this facility. Thank you for a Job well done.
I took a half day off work to finally sit down for an updated eye exam and new glasses. Visionworks has long been an option for our insurance, so I gave them a try. The professional, friendly and pleasant experience was better than I would expect, and Aliyah who attended to me made me feel welcomed and appreciated. The team also had me on my way in under 30 minutes! I will definitely return.
