My first visit here was absolutely wonderful! The atmosphere was pleasant and the staff was welcoming and eager to help. Dr. Kate was Amazing!!! She was very thorough throughout my exam and explained everything and answered all my questions. Tamara assisted me in finding the perfect frames to fit me. I was very satisfied with the service I received and would definitely recommend this location to everyone.

I arrived about 4 minutes late for my appointment. The front desk staff who I believe was named Amelia, was rude and unprofessional. As soon as I walked in, she immediately said that the doctor might have to reschedule my appointment because I was late. I explained that I was only 4 minutes late and that the doctor was already with another patient so I would have been waiting regardless. Every time I come to this office, I end up waiting for my appointment, and I have never complained or made an issue of it. Unfortunately, when I was just 4 minutes late, there was no understanding or courtesy extended to me. She also repeatedly insisted that I had never confirmed my appointment. However, I did call and confirmed it through the automated phone system. If the confirmation was not received on their end, then they need to ensure their system is working properly instead of placing the blame on patients. I have been coming to this location for the past four years, but after this experience, I will not be returning. I also will not recommend this office to others based on the way I was treated. Patients deserve to be treated with professionalism respect and the same understanding that they are expected to show the office.

Had a great experience at Visionworks. The staff was friendly and professional. They were very helpful and listened to my concerns and needs and helped me make the best choice. The doctor listened to me and took her time in providing care. She is hilarious so if you need a good laugh to take away the stress of the appointment she will make you laugh continuously. The glasses were priced well and they have a great selection.

Dr. Kate and Kesha are the best people I have ever met. Both my husband and I required further testing at a medical eye doctors, and both of these amazing women set up these appointments for us. They are so kind and wonderful. I will never get glasses and contacts anywhere else. My eyes are safe here. They were also so kind to my 5 year old and 1 year old that definitely did not want to be there for like 3 hours. I highly recommend this specific location for families and everyone if you want to be treated with kindness and dignity. I love both of you!

Doctor Kate and all the technicians at Vision works Orland Park were very thorough and patient with me. Dr Kate takes her time to explain the outcome of your X-ray and gives clear recommendations and options. The technicians are so knowledgeable to tell you exactly what and how much your insurance can cover and what will be your copay as you make choices on the type of frames. What I love most is the ease to schedule your appointment without necessarily having to talk to someone. I enjoy their services.
