I went a little over a year ago and the Spanish translator was very rude to me. My glasses had been broken for a while before I had started to go to vision works. This caused them to slide down on my nose a lot. When we went to checkout, she started lecturing me about how I shouldn’t wear my glasses like that and started mocking me saying I looked stupid. Not even exaggerating. She said I looked stupid, those were her words. I tried explaining to her that they were broken and I couldn’t help it, but instead of her apologizing, she started saying I was being disrespectful. She told my mother that having my glasses low on my nose was a “trend” that kids had started doing. I told her that for me that wasn’t the case, but she still insisted she knew what I was doing better than I did. She mocked and called me stupid and told me the next time she sees me that I better not have them low on my nose. She was very rude and disrespectful. Her only job was to translate for my mother, not mock and belittle me. Of course, since she was being rude, I might have had a little attitude. Who wouldn’t? She was making fun of me and telling me what I WAS doing. I told her multiple times and she refused to admit she was wrong. I get I must respect people older than me but she had no right to be so rude. I went home crying in the car. Not to mention I have very bad anxiety and just talking to her felt difficult to me, which is why I kept looking over to my mom which she claimed was a way of me “rolling my eyes”. Truly sad since the rest of the staff were so kind and welcoming to me. Lady was short and had glasses.

I was able to get right in for a appointment, the doctor was kind, he listened and answered all my questions. I never felt rushed at all. The associates were very patient with me as I was trying to pick out frames. Very pleasant experience with Visonworks. Thank you for making my experience pleasant! Great Team Work!

Great place friendly quick knowledgeable. Don’t try to upsell a bunch of stuff when you go in there and honestly tell him you don’t have insurance. You’re just trying to get glasses in a reasonably price range. Awesome will definitely go back. The doctor was nice. I really liked him took his time and asked you questions gave you solutions to problems even said to give a call back if that didn’t work love the place.

This was my first visit here. I was able to get a very quick appt to start so that was a plus. The staff member and optometrist I interacted with were both very kind and welcoming. The optometrist was very personable. Overall great experience. Highly recommend.

I waited a few months to try both kinds of glasses out. I got a plastic frame for the first time and im very happy with them. I had an issue with tightness behind the ear and I came back and they fixed it promptly. I also bout a new pair of safty glasses and they wernt able to make the ones I picked because of my prescription so the young lady picked a pair that would work for me and I couldn't be happier ☺️. The eye doctor also had grate taste in music
