They were very nice and friendly. However, they were slow and very inaccurate when verifying my insurance benefits. I wait for about 25 minutes after giving my details then they told me that my benefit period was based on a rolling 365-day interval therefore I could not order my glasses until a week later. so I went home check the details of my vision plan. I found out that both my main benefit and additional benefit plan allow me to get a pair of new glasses every CALENDAR YEAR, not every 365 day. Their info was completely wrong.

Emily was a pleasure to work with. She replaced my re-prescriptioned frames and lenses with another set at no cost even when I had my exam from my eye doctor that I gone to for years. Sent them to another store to boot. All around great experience.

I continuously return to Target Optical because of their great selection and even more so for the wonderful service. This is the second time within a couple of years I have dealt with Emily and she is knowledgeable, a great help and always so kind.

I went to Target Optical today for new glasses and it was a great experience. Emily waited on me and she's the best! She was super helpful (and honest) in helping me pick out new frames; which I appreciated so much. Very knowledgeable and kind. She completed my order after explaining all my options and now I can't wait to get my new glasses! I bought 2 pair because they have such a nice array of frames to pick from. 🤓 I will definitely return to this Target Optical store. 😊
