Dr Appointment was on time very little waiting. At the store I found my frame selection easily and quickly. The person there explained my insurance coverage clearly and offered me options without being pushy. She helped me understand what I needed and accepted what I wanted and could afford. Very pleasant experience and it was quick without being rushed. Made it feel easy.

The staff at Visionworks’ Oak Park Mall store is very helpful and friendly! They gave me a quick and easy experience both when ordering and picking up. They had a really wide range of styles and there were many frames I liked. I would definitely purchase glasses here again in the future.

I was a customer at lens crafters for many many years getting my work safety glasses and my personal use prescription glasses. It was time to change when customer service was declining. When going to Visionworks I found that Visionworks had a better selection in frames and way less expensive then LensCrafters. I was almost paying double the price at LensCrafters then at Visionworks. I left this clinic feeling that my time was respected and with a trust that my eye health was taken seriously after my visit with Dr. Lowenstein O.D. He provided patient centered care that involved truely listening to me and my subjective complaints, as well as giving me care and time that was professional and skilled. He is passionate about his work, as he even took extra time to share bonus knowledge and education with me about retinal anatomy and up to date eye health research. I strongly recommend this clinic over other visionworks in the area due to my other experiences.

Dr. Lowenstein was great! So nice! Took the time needed to talk about my eyes and vision. With my new prescription in hand, I hopped next door to Visionworks to try on some new glasses. Jasmine was the sweet associate that helped me pick out stylish frames that worked for my face shape and style. She was so fun, informative and helped me through the ordering process too. Overall a wonderful experience!
