My appointment for an exam was 5:20 PM. I finally got in to see the doctor at approximately 6:10 PM initially I was a little aggravated but after the exam I got from this Dr well worth the wait and I would wait again - he was patient kind extremely intelligent and explained things very clearly. The sales staff in the Store managed expectations along the whole process. They had people walking into Pick Up Glasses walking in with Repair questions sitting down selecting Glasses. They had everything going on and it was just two of them and they did a great job juggling Their priorities, while being mindful of their customers needs. Great job thank you!

I had been looking for new glasses for a few years with no luck until I went to Visionworks. Cathy was there to help me and steered me towards the frames I ended up purchasing. She was so helpful, very knowledgeable about frames and my insurance. She was easy to work with and made the whole process enjoyable. I ended up going home to get my son who also needs a new pair of glasses. We went back and Cathy was there to help him as well. I will definitely be going back in the future.

This was my first time at the Franklin branch, I usually go to another location but haven’t been happy with my visits there. The doctor was so nice and very thorough. She took time to explain everything to me and make sure my vision was very clear before we were done. The woman that helped me pick out glasses and check out was so helpful. I am grateful for her guidance, I usually struggle picking out a pair I like but she made it easy. I’ll be back next year for sure!

Absolutely fantastic experience at Visionworks! I popped in between my daughter’s appointments with barely any time, and the team went above and beyond. Cathy helped me navigate pricing with my insurance and limited eyewear coverage, applied discounts, and made everything feel easy and stress-free. With the help of my daughter selecting my frames, we were able to finalize pricing and place the order—all within my tight window. Cathy was friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful. So glad I stopped in and can’t wait to get my new glasses!

Christopher Anderson: I genuinely had one of the best medical experiences ever! My eye exam was thorough and informative, and my Doctor was very helpful and kind in her demeanor. She was detail oriented in explaining the science behind what was going on and I appreciated that very much. Then the customer service was awesome! The woman who followed up with me was super cool, helpful and a lot of fun, as was the whole crew! There was a great vibe amongst the team and I genuinely had a most excellent time!
