I had a great experience at Visionworks - Westgate Mall. The entire team was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The doctor was especially knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain why progressive lenses would work best for me. I truly appreciated how clearly everything was explained and that all my questions were answered without feeling rushed. They also made sure to review my insurance carefully and maximize my benefits so my glasses were part covered. That level of attention and care really stood out. Overall, a professional, helpful, and patient-focused experience. I recommend them!

I have had such a wonderful experience at the Westgate Mall Visionworks located in Brockton. From the moment I walked in for my eye appointment I was pleasantly greeted by Deborah. I had the pleasure of having Dr. Ana Tran for my eye exam which was very thoughtful and informative. When shopping for frames, I could not say enough good things about the help I received from Deborah and Jules (manager) It is so refreshing to go somewhere that actually knows what customer service is and takes it seriously

Staff were very pleasant and friendly. There was no waiting to see the provider. The provider was very professional, took her time, explained everything and gave me all my options before leaving the room to take me up front. The staff up front were very helpful and informative about the eyeglass procedure and what my insurance would and wouldn't cover.

I’ve gone to Visionworks a couple of times because my glasses broke, and every time I visit I’m greeted by Jules. Jules is always very professional, helpful, and welcoming. Jules is truly a great asset to the company, and the service I receive is always prompt and excellent. Thank you Jules!
