Karen was so thoughtful helping me find a new pair of glasses. She had great advice and made the experience so fun! She also took the time to calculate the most cost effective use of my benefits and store promos. 10/10 customer service.
I have been into this office a few times. The only customer service worse than their phone and chat AI implementation is their in-person customer service! I love that they are available for appointments on short notice but maybe there’s a good reason for that? Doubt I’ll be back.
Not child friendly. I wish I was told prior to arriving to the appointment that they are not set up properly for pediatric clients. My child has ADHD and Autism. We paid for the extra screening to not have to dilate his eyes but the staff appeared visually frustrated that he couldn’t stand still enough to use the equipment that was too large for him. Unfortunately the equipment was not made for children, which made it difficult. When he went into the exam the eye doctor tried for less than 10 minutes to exam him and came to the conclusion that he was unable to properly understand the directions. Which weren’t clearly explained to him to begin with. I tried to explain to him but she clearly was ready for her next appointment and seemed frustrated when I asked if she could try to exam him again. She then referred me to children’s which is fine and clearly will fit his needs better. But, this resulted in wasting our only vision screening for him this year and spending $39 for absolutely no reason due to them not notifying clients that they are not properly set up to see pediatric or special needs patients.
Th team was so helpful. Karen in the office is amazing - so kind and helpful answering my questions. She even took the time to do some adjustments to my old glasses. The doctor answered all my questions and helped me deal with my nervousness. I will only go here.
