Absolutely great experience! Went here for an eye exam looking to get contact lenses for the first time and they were extremely helpful and welcoming. Nicole was a HUGE help with getting me use to using the contacts and helping me figure out pricing plan etc. Front desk customer service was amazing, all around great experience! 10/10 recommend!

From check-in to payment everyone met me with a smile and a kind greeting. As a customer service worker myself, I understand how difficult our industry is right now, especially when something goes wrong that is out of our control. The front desk staff and post-exam employees were dealing with a connectivity issue with the lab so glasses orders could not be placed at the time I was there. The front desk was actively looking for solutions and the post-exam employee was very communicative and called me back 2 hours after I left the store, as soon as the lab was back online and took my payment over the phone, just as she said she would. This was my first time at a Visionworks and I will 100% be going there for the foreseeable future.
Patrick welcomed us the moment we walked in and instantly made us feel comfortable. He was kind, knowledgeable, and never once pressured us. His honest recommendations made choosing glasses easy for both me and my husband. He carefully explained the offers and tailored everything to our needs, which made us feel truly valued. This experience was completely different from our past visits and is the reason we came back after six years away. Patrick turned it all around for us. Exceptional service and highly recommended.
Don't waste your time. Go to an actual eye doctor's office. Had my original appointment, wasn't told I would have to come back to get my contacts checked within a week (but they made me pay for the exam!) in order to get my prescription. Didn’t tell me when I came to pick up my glasses, either. Came back (a third time) once I realized I didn’t have the prescription to order contacts and they had to re-order samples. Fine. Came back the fourth time to pick the samples up (two hours before the appointment I scheduled because that's what they told me I needed to do) and they gave me the wrong prescription of sample and FOUGHT WITH ME that both of my eyes are the same prescription. I think I would know my vision and that I had been putting two different contacts in? Am I supposed to suffer a year of incorrect prescription now? This place is a joke and the workers don't have a clue what they're doing.
I came to Visionworks with some wonky and broken glasses. Shaunna didn’t even flinch when I asked for her help. She was quick, efficient and super careful with the glasses and got them looking better than they’ve ever looked. The entire staff was pleasant and had smiles on their faces. The store smelt great, not a speck of dust and it was a very nice ambiance. I will be referring everyone I know!! I’ll be coming back for Shaunna for sure! Sorry if I spelled her name wrong.
