I had an excellent experience at Visionworks in Lakeway Commons! From the moment I walked in, the entire staff treated me incredibly well. Everyone was extremely friendly, professional, and attentive during the exams. The environment is clean, well-organized, and the service was fast with no long waits. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality service and care!
I highly recommend VisionWorks in Shrewsbury. The staff is very friendly and accessible. They hear you. They respond to your needs. Also they are willing to give you a good opinion on glasses if you’re not sure. Great staff, great experience! 👍
Awesome experience, went in 15 mins before close and Jamie and Bill took great care of me and fixed my glasses quickly before closing. They were extremely knowledgeable and super friendly.
The doctor that I had was incredible. She was very thorough, pleasant and took the time to explain everything to me and depth, so I could understand. The only thing that I did not like. Was when they stated I have two options to choose from. Pay $40 for a picture of your eye or getting your eyes dilated for free. If I had informed consent before making the appointment. I would know to bring someone with me because I didn’t know How my eyes would react to having them dilated since I’ve never experienced this before. That way, I could’ve avoided spending the $40 for the eye picture. This was a surprise to me and did not expect to pay additional money at this appointment.
I was unable to get an appt at my regular optometrist until Sept 15th. I called Visionworks and was in in less than a week. I felt comfortable from the begining. The Gen Mngr was very personable, knowledgeable, understanding and friendly. I really enjoyed my visit to Visionworks and would highly recommend them to anyone.
