My oldest daughter and I went here yesterday. The service was excellent, the employee who checked us in assisted me with rescheduling two appointments for my younger children and moving up my oldest daughters appointment to fit in right after mine. Everyone working there did an excellent job, even the employee getting trained. Yesterday I experienced the friendliest service I have had in a long time, especially in Waldorf. Even the optometrist was excellent, thoughtful, and had good follow through. We enjoyed his expertise. Initially, I intended on giving this place a 5 star rating however unfortunately we witnessed a bizarre employee outburst and crash out. I was so glad that my younger kids were not there because I do not use profanity in my house or in front of them. It was super obvious that the staff was used to this because everyone (except one employee) just carried on as if that incident was normal or never happened. The toxicity and high level of denial was strange. This incident didn't thwart me from remaining a client here, however, I will be on guard the next time since my younger kids will be with me. If it happens again while we are there we will simply walk out.
