I have been coming to this place for almost eight years, and I have always had a good experience. However, my most recent visit was very disappointing. Last Wednesday, I had an appointment scheduled for 10:20 a.m. By 10:40 a.m., I still had not been seen or given any explanation for the delay. During that time, I noticed that some of the staff were on their cell phones, which I found unprofessional and very different from the level of service I had experienced in the past. I understand that delays and unexpected situations can happen, but I believe patients should at least be kept informed and treated with respect. I did schedule another appointment, but honestly, I am considering not going because this experience left me feeling that I may once again be ignored or receive the same level of service. After being a patient here for almost eight years, I expected much better treatment and professionalism.

I was late for my appointment due to transportation and the male associate at the counter was understanding. He gave me options of waiting times. The woman tech who performed the first set of eye tests was extremely patient, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. I asked questions about each machine and she was able to answer without a problem. She kept a smile on her face and walked me through my virtual visit as well. The tech and optometrist spoke very clearly and made the visit easy going. It was wonderful how during a virtual visit they didn't rush you out the room, but wanted to understand your needs. Even explaining your exam results. Lastly, the young woman who completed my service in the lobby was amazing! She was funny and helpful. She broke down my insurance and self pay options and assisted me on what would be best for me! This was an amazing visit. Highly recommend!!

My daughter and I made appointments a few weeks ago. When we arrive the receptionist tells us that it will be an hour to an hour and a half wait. I don’t have a vehicle so I had to pay an uber. They could have called and cancelled or changed the appointment. They are over scheduling customers for the money. If I were to be even 15 min late for an appointment they wouldn’t see me. I will not be returning here. I would have left but my daughter has been wanting contacts so bad.

I went into the store and dealt with a representative, Drea. She was amazing. Very patient, pleasant, and professional. A n absolute pleasure to deal with. Her customer service was impeccable. I really appreciated her kindness and assistance.

The receptionists were welcoming. The nurse who did my exam was kind, patient and explained everything with care. The doctors who analyzed my results were very good and professional. The explained the results detailedly . I felt good and comfortable
