Upon arrival for my appointment I was greated at the door. Andrea asked if I had an appointment. I identified myself and Andrea said I could look at frames until they were ready for the eye exam. I completed my eye exam and picked out a frame. They got all the details dialed in and said it would be about a week until my frames were ready. They came really fast like 4 business days. When I came to pickup my new glasses I brought my 2 existing frames to have them modified with my new prescription. Stacey was very friendly and very professional. Then once those were ready I came back to pick up those pairs and decided I didn’t like the first pair I had picked out and wanted to modify them to another frame that I liked. Stacey that opens up in the morning is also great and said I could do that at no extra charge. Friendly, professional and got me out of there within minutes. Overall my experience with Visionworks at Kentlands was phenomenal. 11/10 😚

You will not be disappointed by the expertise of the ophthalmologist and the vision work sales associates that meet your needs at each visit. Whether it's eyeglasses my visit was for contact s this time I always get a great deal and I am comfortable knowing that my eyes health is well which being diabetic is so very important.

Friendly, courteous, professional service by staff and doctor. Everyone took a sincere interest in making my visit pleasant and accommodating. Will surely return as needed in the future. Highly Recommend ✔️

Dr. Kevin Iskandar was great. He was professional and thorough. Appointment was on time. All my questions and concerns were addressed. Paperwork was completed for driving license. Happy customer.

My experience here was very good (4 1/2 stars of 5). I was able to make a same day appointment for an eye exam- the customer service was very good, store was clean and nicely designed and the optometrist was knowledgeable and empathetic. They worked with me to provide a few free samples of contact lenses and I was able to order my lenses at a reasonable price and have it delivered to a place that was not my home address (and the lenses showed up on time and the order was completely accurate).
