I went to my exam appointment two weeks ago, told them that I wanted contacts & glasses so they said that’s fine. Well I did my eye exam then went back out to the waiting area where I was told about looking for a pair of glasses, I said okay but I also want contacts. The lady that was helping me went back to talk to the eye Dr, they both came back out. The Dr was talking to me about the contact said okay I’ll give you a prescription for them to and I’ll order you a trail pair. So I picked up my trail pair Tuesday, well when I went to read something up close it was blurry so come to find out I didn’t get the whole eye contact exam. He said Gabe me a contact prescription and I looked at the eye glass prescription and they are almost the same. I will be calling up there
Waited over an hour for a barely functional AI to do my eye exam. One of the worst customer service experiences of my life. Do not recommend going to ANY Visionworks location for your exam unless you can get an actual doctor on site. This is the second visit in a row where I had a similarly terrible experience so honestly I would just avoid Visionworks altogether.
Abby welcomed me with a friendly smile and was so professional and knowledgeable. I had so much fun picking out 2 new pairs of glasses and saved a ton of money. Can't wait to get my new glasses. Abby is the best!!!
Fantastic experience! They did everything behind the scenes with insurances and eye exams quickly. Wide variety of glasses to pick from. From exam with a very good doctor to top quality glasses in less than 10 days. Best vision experience I have had in 15 years. Cassie provided world class service.
