My exam went a bit differently than expected at Visionworks. Russell was amazing! Helped me pick out glasses, gave me all of my options. Assisted me from start to finish. When I scheduled my exam I wasn’t told that my visit would be with a virtual doctor. The clinician who assisted with the tests in back didn’t do a good job. I didn’t feel comfortable with the way he instructed me during the tests. I didn’t feel comfortable complete the exam but for sure will make sure that my next visit has a physical doctor onsite.

I had a great experience at Visionworks. I was seen right on time and the eye exam was thorough and professional. The staff was friendly, and the doctor took time to explain the health of my eyes, and helped me understand whether contacts or bifocals would be best. I really enjoyed my visit, and I highly recommend them.

Vee and Alden were amazing!! Visionworks is blessed to have such great employees. They work hard, care about their customers, and went above and beyond for us! They’re super talented & helped me get everything setup with my insurance and helped me even get the best pairs of glasses :) DEFINITELY coming back here as my go to spot !!!

Showed up as scheduled for my appointment. Waited. Did first part of exam, then waited an additional hour, and had to leave before it could be finished. They rescheduled me for another day. Arrived on time. I’ve been waiting for 35 minutes so far, and they just took back the next customer. Absolutely INSANE how slow this place is.

Would have been a 5 star except for not having an on site doctor for the appointment. The staff at this location are incredible, over the years they have become friends and do an outstanding job of meeting my needs and caring about me. The virtual doctor is a farce, there should be a real in person doctor not someone who says they are a physician and be present not on a tv screen!
