My glasses suddenly broke this morning- I called Visionworks as they were the only place open. They said I could stop by and have them take look at them. As soon as I showed the gal my frames, she said "I can fix that" and got to work. Within minutes they were good as new- completely free!! I am very pleased with the service today, especially considering I did not originally buy my glasses from them. Definitely recommend!

I worked with the stellar team at the Woodbury, MN branch while in town for the holidays visiting from California. Melinda, Emma and Sara (spelling?) all went above and beyond to make sure that not only did I get the repairs I needed, but were extremely helpful and went above above and beyond to make the experience unlike anything I've received from other glasses stores. Please make sure they are made aware of how glad I was to have worked with them and I look forward to getting my new pair of glasses in the coming weeks when ready. Melinda was great to work with. She helped provide great recommendations for frames that complimented my eyes and face shape. Lisa and Jacob were easy to work with and very friendly. Thank you all for your assistance with selecting new glasses.

Staff is very knowledgeable and professional with customers. Staff went above and beyond what they needed to. They help with my insurance needs when they could have left me to do it myself. I will definitely go back for my next exam.
