Jenny is a GODSEND !!! She took my makeshift repair job on my frames and made them like new. She even replaced my nose pads and gave me a free cleaning cloth to boot. Due to not being able to afford insurance and getting a new pair, Jenny took care of me and saved me a lot of headache. I know this may seem arbitrary, but for those of us that wear glasses, any slight defect on the way they sit on your head is downright annoying. Congrats on retaining this woman at your store. You’ve got a great employee and a customer for life !!!

I’ve been a VisionWorks customer for more than 2 decades, in my opinion they’re hands down the best place for eyewear. The associate at the Roseville store helped me find a the exact frames, which I bought like 7 months prior, that had broke (we debated if it was a manufacturers default…in the end ir didn’t matter) at another location so I didn’t have to replace my with a new pair glasses. Especially considering I super loved the frames. Her searching for the frames was super helpful. This would allow me to swap the lens into the new frames saving the expense of replacing them with a new pair. Too my surprise she found another, not too far away location with the exact same frames. That was a huge WOW! She did not have to go out of her way to do that, so it was definitely above and beyond. Her taking the time to do that saved me quite a bit in money. .After finding the frames, she arranged for me to go there and have them swap the lenses. . When I got to Maplewood they had everything set and walked out in no time … literally, it was like 10 minutes in and out. The folks at Maplewood not only swapped the lenses into the new frames, the associate put my old frames in a plastic bag in a case, so if I need to replace either the frames or arms I had spare parts. The thought never even crossed my mind. … it was above and beyond all the way around. My Sincerest Thanks to the associates in Roseville and Maplewood for going out of their way to make sure I was able to save $$$ and still get my glasses replaced without spending more than I had to. The associate in Roseville calling other locations to find the same exact frames way above and beyond, she didn’t have to do that. Thanks to both locations for their efforts!!!

First of all, I was approached by Crystol in the Maplewood Visionworks, who kindly asked if I needed any help or if I just wanted to look around. I accepted her offer, and that turned out to be the best decision! She helped me pick out two wonderful pairs of glasses that suited my face perfectly. Crystol truly has a special skill for knowing what styles and shapes work best for different faces. She also recommended a few upgrades for both pairs, which I really appreciated. I ended up getting both prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses — and I absolutely love them! Crystol went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my choices. The rest of the staff was friendly, and the store had a very welcoming atmosphere. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back in the future!

Went here for the first time, and told my husband he needed to switch his appointment to this place—he did! EVERY single person I dealt with from start to finish(three people) were absolutely fabulous! Super helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and caring! Plus the options for glasses is amazing! Top notch in every way! Highly recommend this place!
