⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review I had a great experience with Audrey at Visionworks. She performed my eye exam and did an excellent job from start to finish. Audrey was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. I highly recommend Audrey to anyone looking for a thorough and professional eye exam. This is the best Visionworks Location I’ve gone to! The staff are the best. They all made this experience unlike any other. This location is the best Visionworks I've ever been to because of the high energy, positivity, and joy from all the staff members when I walked in. They are all amazing! They were very fast and extremely efficient with the eye exam. They were understanding because I was about 10mins late for my appointment and didn’t turn me away. Explained everything to me and made my experience personable.

Love the place and the staff. Great customer service in my opinion so far. I went there knowing that I will have a tele-visit for the sake of getting an appointment faster than other places. The experience was similar to a normal in office visit. Equipment looked adequate and the staff were friendly, fun and helpful.

We had such a fantastic experience with Audrey. She is so personable, warm, and friendly. We needed to cancel our appointment after she had already spent quite a bit of time working with us, but she was so kind about it! Audrey, you will make a great optometrist!

The three staff at this location on Saturday morning were just lovely! Very friendly, kind, and kept me informed of options and pricing during the entire appointment. Wait time for the telemed provider was a bit long but I recognize that is completely out of the team's control and I appreciate them for all that they did!
