Second time this has happened at this location: We show up during posted business hours, and the door is locked with a message that they’ll be back at a time an hour or more later. On a Sunday, when you’re open a total of five hours, you disappear for 90 minutes of that?!?!?! Not ok. And not how you keep customers. It’s an hour of my life wasted to come up here and just have to turn around and go home. Edit: Decided to wait until 3:30, but nobody showed up. Surprise, surprise. Edit: The manager of this location called me and apologized for my experience. They proceeded to extend good service for the rest of my engagement, including the remake of a pair of glasses. Was my experience great? No. But they took the only steps they could to try to make it right.

Came in on Sunday to pick up my glasses at 2:00. Sign on door says be back at 3:30, it’s now 3:42 and no sign of anyone. I have waited with a child in a stroller for well over an hour. Never again will I do business with this company. Terrible.

The service I was provided was excellent. The staff and the doctors took all the time I needed it and worked with me to answer all my questions and concerns. The glasses were reasonably priced. They worked well with my insurance. I have already recommended them to three other people. I would definitely consider this place when looking for glasses.

Very good experience! My glasses fit & look good and the lenses work well! Dr. Goldberg is a very nice, professional and down to Earth Optometrist to be treated by and talk to. This was the first time I went with an older pair of frames instead of new ones due to insurance ineligibility this year. They handled them fine and I really like how the glasses turned out. Got them back sooner then expected with good customer service and adjustments done on them. I recommend this place!

Went in for new glasses and they were nice, knowledge and the Doctor was the friendliest docs I've met! Sad to see they shutting now in soco but they have a few other locations. I only have Medicaid vision insurance,but after exam,lenses and frames I only paid the tax! Never knew Medicaid covered 100%! And since they closing,they mailed my new glasses to my house and waived that fee aswell! Had appt on Monday, had my new glasses delivered on Thursday!!! Great job gentlemen!!!
