If you select eyeglass frames at Zona, Rosa vision Works be sure to see Hillary she is very patient kind knowledgeable, and helpful. She must have given me 25 pairs of frames to try on before helping me select the right ones. I highly recommend her to anyone.

I just made my appointment Saturday, and I was able to get in first thing Monday morning. The staff was professional and courteous, the optometrist was efficient and friendly, and the selection of frames is fabulous. Definitely a good place to go to get everything done at once, from the exam to the finished glasses.

I came here for an eye appointment and was able to get in quickly. The team in the store was fantastic, and the optometrist was great. I’ve been struggling to find the right contact lenses, and he helped me find something that I love. Unfortunately, actually ordering contacts has been extremely frustrating. Visionworks is a business built on customers spending money, yet they’ve made it nearly impossible for me to give them mine. I’m unable to reset my password to log in online. I’ve tried calling multiple times to place an order, but I’m directed to an automated system that pushes me back to ordering online. When I try to speak to a representative, I’m routed to a call center and put on hold for 10+ minutes every time, and have had to hang up. I have a busy schedule and can’t sit on hold all day. Their hours also don’t align well with my work schedule for me to be able to stop in, which is why I’ve been trying to call instead. Why can’t I just talk to someone at the store to order contacts? At this point, I’m being forced to take my money to 1-800 Contacts instead.

Zona Rosa’ s vision works is a 10 out of 10!!! My experience Saturday was spot on from the check in, eye exam , helpfulness with my safety glasses voucher for work , checkout and price everything was perfect!!! So impressed!! If you are looking for good eye care and a bunch of great frame options check them out

Horrible experience and horrible customer serivce. I spent an hour going over glasses options for my kid to buy 3 pair of glasses. Placed the order and was very clear this was for 3 pairs. I came to pickup the glasses and the lady only ordered 2 of the 3 glasses and they want to charge me an extra $250 for the 3rd pair. And the pair my kid was adament he wanted during this hour session was not ordered!! They dont hold themselves accountable for mistakes. Not a sorry or anything. Insurance and their supposed in-store deals are not deals. Double check your paperwork!
