It was a pleasant experience choosing my new glasses. The salesman was good at explaining what my options were and didn't try to push me to add n things I said I didn't want. I will definitely shop there the next time I have glasses needs.

Ive waited months to post and until I got everything with my glasses situated. Long story short, the manager kept pressuring me to get a style of glasses and I wanted to try something new. No big deal. I pick up the glasses and was told by another employee she cannot adjust them upon picking them up because she's afraid to break them and suggested I drive all the way to the kernersville location. After 3 months I only wore my new glasses 1-2x and never liked them. I returned and was not offered any help from the manger on duty who has a nasty attitude. After about 45 min she asked if I had any picked out and I told her I narrowed it down to 3. Her reply "good you're making some progress". Still offered no help. Then I asked a question about a pair and she proceeded to held me while eating on a bag of cheetos and chumping and licking her fingers while helping me with glasses. When it was time to get the new pair situated she wanted to argue saying I was past my 100 days and would do me a "favor". When I pulled my phone out and did the math it was under 100 days and showed her she then admitted she was wrong. The only positive was today picking up my glasses and the sweet gentleman who helped me and adjusted my glasses to my liking. That's the only reason for the 2 stars
Lillith did a great job in giving me the full visionworks experience. Everyone should be going here for their vision needs. If I could give more stars I would.
I have gone to Visionworks for years and always had a good experience. Fred is the best! Professional, friendly and customer centered. He ensures you leave with the right lenses and glasses!
This was my first time there. I made a great choice. The staff was very friendly. Dr Kent is amazing!!
