I had a exceptional time at this establishment. The lady that helped me took the time to explain exactly what my eyeglasses coverage covers. She explained the percentage to the penny which no one has ever done in all the years that we were going. The gentleman Dennis made sure the glasses were the right fit and he made sure we were satisfied customers.

Great experience at Visionworks! Excellent service from start to finish. Lynette was incredibly kind, efficient, and made the whole process easy. Loving my new glasses—they look great too! Highly recommend.

I highly recommend going to this Visionworks location. Although it was my second choice after a bad experience with another eye group, not Visionworks. Still my experience here was exceptional. From the front desk clerks,the optometrist, and the glasses techs. They were all very nice to me. I had a pleasant exchange with each one of them. Thank youso much for such great customer service.

Had to sit and wait to pick up contacts that were order and payed for already ahead of time. One single person on the floor is absolutely ridiculous and inconsiderate .

I visited vision works on 5/9/26. Met with the doctor first and determined I needed some more glasses. I was able to find a pair that suited my needs and the service on both sides were great, caring and patient. I've been coming to the Belgate shopping center for many years and it's always been a good experience! Thank you!
