My wife and I went to Vision-works located at 681 Mall Ring Circle in Henderson, Nevada. We saw Optometrist Dr. Jean Garcia at Signature Vision Care for our eye exams, she was friendly, knowledgeable, calm and patient. Vision works associate Vicki, was friendly, down to earth and she did not pressure us and gave us several options on brands of new eye glasses and she was very patient. Great job Vicki, keep up the awesome work.

Thanks to Ms. Hannah, my experience was excellent. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. Her expertise helped me make sound decisions, and she took the time to clearly explain all of my options so I could better understand everything and feel confident in my choices. Ms. Hannah’s patience, guidance, and thoughtful suggestions made a very personal and important purchase much easier and far less stressful. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service she provided.

This place is THEE ABSOLUTE BEST.... From the Dental Assistants to the eye care professionals. And the Doc.... she is AWESOMESAUCE! They took my concerns seriously and helped me to get it all squared away. Can't wait to get my new Gucci frames with the right prescription lenses. Thanks ladies... You guys are FANTABULOUS!!!

I talked to Ashelina to order my contact lense and she specifically told me that the order will be going out by the end of that week and I will be getting it the following week, while talking to her she's already having attitude me asking why the price of my contacts went up, but didn't mind it she's probably going throught something personal. About 2 weeks has passed and nothing. So I called today and Maria told me my order still hasnt went out yet which gonna be this friday. I need them to be accurate on telling their patients this kind of info, waiting for almost a month on contacts lense is unnacceptable.

Just called about my contacts; I understand the office gets the same questions all the time but please... Try to remember that each customer is different and their question is new to them; use a little bit more courtesy, patience and listening skills when people call about their PAID orders.
