Heather provided excellent customer service. She went the extra mile. Great Selection of frames everyone is very kind and nice. Dr. Shirlene super cool excellent customer service and professional. Her optometry team. They Rock!!!! Excellent customer service. We will be back in next year.
I chose this place based on the good reviews and I can definitely agree with them. I walked in and was greeted by extremely nice people. Dr. Luu Shirlene was extremely nice and polite. She actually made conversation with me more than just about glasses. Heather helped me pick out my frames and was super friendly. She also talked to me more than just a customer. I definitely would recommend this place to others. They had great deals, great customer service, and it was super roomy in there.
Bought four pairs of prescription glasses here in April 2025. A small gold trim piece fell out and now they don't fit. Was told it should have been glued in and if I had the piece they would glue it in for me. I said since it wasn't originally glued can you please replace the missing piece? They said no since the warranty was up I'd have to get new frames because they don't have replacement parts. I asked who the manufacturer was and didn't get an answer. A little bit of research and I find these glasses are made exclusively FOR Visionworks. But they won't replace a TINY little piece of gold plastic that keeps falling out! I won't be buying another four pairs of glasses at any Visionworks. Sometimes you only get one chance to do the right thing. Perfect pair of Chelsea Morgan prescription sunglasses that I cannot wear due to a piece that keeps falling out, a piece that I'm told was SUPPOSED to be glued in. Refusal to repair, even though they manufacturer these frames. Make it make sense!
Everyone was friendly, the place was clean and bright. The girl at the front desk and DR were professional and patient with us (the kids and I all needed exams). Emil was very helpful with choosing the right frames for us and explaining everything. I'm calling to get my husband an appointment as we speak. Highly recommend.
Visionworks was great. My wife and I both needed new glasses, and lenses, and they were very accommodating. The customer service was excellent.... A+++
