I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Visionworks! From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional. They took the time to answer all of my questions, helped me find exactly what I needed, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. The level of customer service was exceptional, and it was clear that they genuinely care about their patients and customers. Everyone was knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my visit. I highly recommend Visionworks to anyone looking for new glasses. The staff truly exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. If I could give them 100 stars, I absolutely would! Thank you for providing such outstanding service!

Friendly staff greeted me right away even though they were busy with other customers. Then gave me personalized attention, honest opinions on frames, helped me through the best options for the lenses and my needs, and had great conversations in between. I felt very welcomed and taken care of

We went into Visionworks today to get our glasses adjusted and Sandy was amazing. She is the general manager, and you would’ve never known by the way she was working. I would recommend anyone who needs their frames worked on or wants to buy a new pair of glasses to visit Sandy at visionWorks.

The optometrist and assistant were so friendly, knowledgeable, kind and helpful. However, the receptionist in the Aloha optometry section could use a little finesse in greeting customers: she was a little abrupt and did not smile at all. The rest of the staff were cordial and Luis from Visionworks was absolutely delightful, patient and helpful as well as the other staff members in that section of the store. I am happy with my choice with this new facility for me. Thank you.

Great service in a very busy store. The woman who worked with me had two or three other clients. She went cheerfully from client to client and took us all through the process all in a timely manner. Her tone of voice was never rushed and she was always polite and professional with all of us. Very impressive!
