Even tho the Dr is on a computer they still treat you with the upmost respect. They took the time to go over pictures and what was happening. Awesome selection for glasses as well. Jacob was awesome! Give that man a raise!
Thank you for helping me fix my glasses issue. It seems to keep having the same problem so management replaced my entire frame and lenses for free. Secondly someone didn't follow through and another problem occurred. Once again John and management quickly took care of the problem. Thank you for your personal care and concern. I appreciate all of your efforts to make this situation right. Looking forward to my new tinted glasses.
My experience with vision works was great. The staff is very friendly and professional. They explain everything before each test. They make you feel important. I give them 5 stars. They did an amazing job.
They are friendly very easy to make appoint . The explained every test they were performing . The DR was very in depth about my eye exam and asked my opinion. Fast in and out . Love this place .
Our first couple of visits here at the Norwich office was great.. With very Caring, professional accommodating and welcoming Staff. Jacob and John are wonderful and very helpful and knowledgeable. Jacob is very caring patient and kind and will really take his time to make sure that you are a happy customer and help you to choose the perfect frame for you. Thanks Jay you make me feel very comfortable as a client And make me feel very taken care of I really do love working with Jacob he is wonderful and never makes you feel rushed They have a Great selection of glasses.
