Very nice staff. Easy exam. My appointments (for myself and 2 children) had been scheduled for weeks. Then our appointments ended up running late. I found out this was because the office had scheduled in a family of 3 ON THE DATE of my exams. So we had to wait for them. How is this fair to me, who had scheduled weeks ahead?
I had the misfortune of being in an internet outage for my visit. However, the staff worked as a team to get everyone tended to in a timely fashion. It’s nice to see people working together, despite technical difficulties. Everyone was pleasant and efficient. I couldn’t ask for better.
Before visiting, I recommend reading the negative reviews and the generic responses from Visionworks lol. My experience has unfortunately been consistent with what I have encountered at several establishments in this area. I have tried twice to call the location to make an appointment because I had a specific question that could not be addressed through online booking. Each time, I was routed to customer service, who said they would contact the store directly, but the location never picked up. I left two messages and was told I would receive a call back within 72 hours. I never heard back.
Two really nasty employees. Super rude to me on the phone kept asking for the manager and this one Her name was Dawn kept telling me she was the gm. And then another woman took over the call saying she was the actual gm her name was Kathryn. Super rude and disrespectful when I was trying to set up an appointment. Finally after calling a few more times the real gm Michelle answered and was extremely helpful and wonderful to talk to. Can’t believe you have rude and disrespectful people working here. Wish I could give zero stars
Had an excellent experience with obtaining a new pair of glasses as a walk-in, highly recommend a visit. Great prices as well as excellent service. Thank you for the excellent experience. 😊
