Visionworks

The front desk was very kind and clear and it did not take long to get called in. The doctor took his time to explain everything to me and make sure that I understood including showing me the imaging and then going over a couple of things I was confused about. The optician that I had was wonderful she did a great job on helping me pick out glasses and she also helped me with the pricing on ordering contacts. She was pleasant to deal with had good conversation and was efficient. I appreciate all of you for making my experience well worth my time!

Had an appointment at Empire Visionworks in Elmira. They were very attentive. We arrived early. We had the last appointments of the day so figured they would be running behind. They actually took us back for our appointments early!. After our exams were completed, a staff member took extra time to help me select glasses. Everyone was extremely friendly and fun! Highly recommend this office!

Great experience here everytime I come for my yearly checkup. Employees are very polite and helpful. I would definitely give more than 5 stars if I could. Awesome company.

Vision works has been supplying my glasses and contacts for years, I have never had any issues, staff has always been helpful and reliable. Trisha and Tra’nea work extra hard to go that extra mile to assist customers with everything they need and ensure their experience is stress free! Overall, they have one of the best teams and I will continue to go to them with any of my vision needs! Thank you crew for being awesome!

If you are looking to just get a quick eye exam without having to worry about the thoroughness of seeing an ophthalmologist then this is the place to go. They get you in and out in less than 45 minutes from walking in the door to walking out of the door. I myself like this kind of business because when I just want to go to update my glasses and not have to have the medical exam part done I know I will get things done quickly. Everyone was very kind and always had a smile on their face
