Plow Optometry

I went to the Big Flats location for an eye exam. The facility is beautiful, and the front desk staff was very nice. The doctor took his time and was very knowledgeable. However, the great experience stopped there. The Optical Department feels like a car dealership; you are met by a sales associate rather than the optician. I noticed a saleswoman with streaks of color in her hair who appeared to be in a supervisory role, walking around to each sales associate. She was very rude and condescending to me, as well as to other patients and staff; she was not friendly at all. I've had my eyes examined at Walmart and Sam's Club, and I’ve been treated better by their optical departments. They are excessively pushy! I would not recommend and will not return.

Great experience. I've been a customer since 2018 and have seen multiple doctors at this location, all of which are great. Dr. Plow and Dr. Mint are both courteous, professional, and easy to talk to. My appointment was right on time. Everyone from the front desk to check-out were helpful and friendly. I wish I could remember the names of the people who helped me with my glasses and picking out options because they were both a huge help. Thank you, everyone, at the Vision Center for making my eye exam easy and efficient. I'll see you in a couple of weeks to pick up my glasses.

Andrea was very friendly and helpful while helping us with our glasses. She was efficient and thorough with explaining everything.

Excellent service. Scheduled an appointment online yesterday for today. There was virtually no waiting involved at all even though this is clearly a very busy office. I recently relocated and was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism, friendly quality service, and the efficiency observed with my appointment today. Will definitely be returning to this location for future needs as well. 5 ⭐️ for Dr. Plow and the rest of the team. The whole team explained exactly what was happening, when it was happening, and why it was happening throughout the whole experience.

I had Dr.O'Conner. He answered all my questions that I asked. I then made my way out to pick out glasses and a wonderful lady helped and gave me feedback on what looked good. Then off to get them fitted and ordered. It was very seamless .
