I have been seeing eye Dr.s since I was eight yrs.old I'm now 64. This was absolutely the best eye exam Ever.When making my appointment they were extremely helpful and so nice. Day of appointment I got right in. The best part of this appointment was meeting Dr.B. Laurie.He was the best . I will have my exams done by him year after year as long as possible. I recommend him highly.
I was pleasantly surprised with my visit! Honestly it was the only optical that took my insurance. I am NOT a Walmart shopper and wasn't looking forward to my visit! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Bruce Laurie was fantastic! He explained everything as he was examining me! I haven't been able to wear contacts in 8 years! He told me they were giving me the wrong contacts. Fit me with a pair and not only can I see distance but close up too! I was given bifocal contacts the last time I tried and couldn'tsee distance. He explained that I needed a Torque lens in my right eye due to a bad Astigmatism. Bifocal contacts don't come in Torque! I'm so amazed with the care and service! Thank you so much for caring and taking your time with me!
I have been going here for about 8 years. I have never had a bad experience and the staff are absolutely wonderful! Dr. Bruce Laurie is very patient, kind, and professional. If you're thinking about coming here, DO NOT HESITATE! I've been to a handful of eye doctors and this is THE place to go. I love, love, love it here!
Reception needs customer service experience. Confirmed appointment and the optometrist wasn't aware of the time restraint. Therefore, dropped appointment. No insurance mind you, in these times, you can't find a bargain here. Use America's Best Contacts and Eyeglasses. Cheaper cost and friendly manners.
I went to Walmart Vision Center today as my glasses broke and I desperately needed a new pair... Dawn who works there was very nice and extremely helpful in getting me what I needed within the parameters of my insurance. Will go back 👍
