Staff was courteous at the Geneva location. They had an excellent choice of frames. Some tests could not be done, due to my spondylitis, making certain positions impossible to get into. But they were still able to provide service and looking forward to receiving my new glasses.

Very highly recommend. Very professional. Dr Hunter was very through in getting to my vision issues. The price for the full exam and glasses was very reasonable, even with bifocals and transitions. He gave me information to give my primary care physician to do a follow up for surgery.
For the most part everything was great. Hard understanding the orders given by the optometrist as she wore a mask, and I wear hearing aids, BTW I turned them up to Ten, and 15 is the mask. Also when asked if I wanted additional testing I said if you need to, I did not deny them. Love the associates on the floor, next time maybe I will have my eyes checked B4 going and just bring in a script for new glasses.
I will not be returning to this location I've given it 3 tries. The staff is short and unfriendly. The doctor is friendly however seems to be naive to how rude the staff actually is, he claims how everyone cares about the clients. Now as for cost/coupons. Stop raising the prices and then giving 50% off. They are still very much more expensive than other place even with a half off coupon. Also if my insurance gives me $60 towards a new pair of glasses why can I not use a 50% and the $60 towards then. Your still getting the $60 regardless if it's from me or my insurance. Your losing nothing yet me as a paying customer is out $60. being single, that is a week of groceries for me. In this day and age with food cost soaring, if you really cared you would take the $60 from my insurance and not from me. I just can't wrap my head around why? Feel free to explain how this is "Caring"
Went for wellness comprehensive exam. Things felt very busy. Staff very kind and helpful, but business seems to be run on profit-autopilot so staff are maybe not set up for success in this regard. I did not get the notes that the optometrist made during our appointment so when I call back to ask about them I reach ai call center loop for 15 minutes and get no where. Maybe if I had more vision care needs it would have inspired more confidence. A little more emphasis on humanity and less emphasis on profit might work well, but they sure have a lot of business there so they must be doing a lot of things right.
