As soon as I entered, I was welcomed immediately, followed by being introduced to a very kind woman. I asked what style frame would look best for me. I was confident she would be helpful and honest. I didn’t feel rushed and found my frames. The woman worked with the lenses that I need. It definitely was great experience, seeing this the first time I’ve been prescribed this type of lense. Thank you for your excellent customer service and care.

My appointment for eye exam to get glasses took 3 hours! It’s now been 13 days and I’m still waiting for glasses to be delivered. Staff was very helpful the whole time I was in the store. Not a bad experience just wish it was a little quicker.

A 5 star rating from me. I had an exam in January and since wearing the glasses with the new script I have felt off. With my glasses not being my first thought I had gone to my primary multiple times trying to figure out why I've felt this way. Someone recommended having an eye exam someplace else and sure enough I was giving the wrong prescription. I called Visionworks and explained my last 5 months and the new store manager told me to come in and they would make things right. I'm very thankful for him and cant wait to get my corrected lens!

I had a screw fall out on the side of my glasses tonight and the bracket was also bent a bit. I got there a few minutes before closing, and Dee (I hope I spelt that right) was super helpful and got them fixed for me. They now fit my face better then before and don’t slide down! This location is great and the staff is super helpful and kind, thank you so much!!

What time was quick? The doctor took her time with me. The exam was very thorough. Everybody was very friendly. It was an enjoyable visit.
